Description: SVN is a software versioning and revision control system distributed under an open source license. The source code repository for all CISTIB source code and partners involved in projects like cvREMOD, euHeart or VPHTk is using this service.
CDashService URL: http://cdash.gimias.org:8080/
Description: CDash is an open source, web-based software testing server. This service is used by GIMIAS development team for checking the compilation of GIMIAS and running the automatic tests configured.

Description: CruiseControl is both a continuous integration tool and an extensible framework for creating a custom continuous build process. It is used by CISTIB to check the correct compilation of the source code and for running automatic tests.

Description: PACS is a medical imaging technology which provides economical storage of, and convenient access to, images from multiple modalities. It is used by GIMIAS development team to test the PACS connection in GIMIAS.

Description: XNAT is an open source imaging informatics platform, developed by the Neuroinformatics Research Group at Washington University. It is used by GIMIAS development team to test XNAT connection in GIMIAS.

Description: FTP is a standard network protocol used to transfer files from one host to another host over a TCP-based network, such as the Internet. Currently this service is used by CISTIB for storing the datasets of projects like MSV.
TracService URL: https://trac.gimias.org/cistib
Description: Trac is an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects. It is used by GIMIAS development team to store internal information.
